Organization Overview

The Insulin Module is the parenteral department composed by Formulation-Ancillaries, Filling (Isolator Technology and Rabs), Visual Inspection. Production ad Support teams (including maintenance) work in shifts.

The Maintenance Insulin sr. Manager reports to the Process Engineering Insulin Associate Director and is the manager of the maintenance crew. He ensures that the maintenance activities are planned and performed in full compliance with the HSE and GMP standards.

**Main responsibilities**:
ensure the proper risk assessment of the Maintenance crew
ensure the correct planning of activities with impacts on production and shutdown
ensure the training, development and compliance of its reports (Maintenance Technicians)
ensure synergy and technical training of the Manufacturing & Maintenance Technicians
ensure performance evaluation of maintenance crews and people technical capabilities
analyze KPI for maintenance plan, work order execution, HSE, quality and Data Integrity and evaluate projects to improve them.
ensure the proper spare parts availability and manage the Maintenance OPEX budget
guarantee maintenance alignment practices between teams; manages handover, information and standardizes maintenance procedures with the Process Engineer
evaluate the preventive and corrective maintenances effectiveness and develop predictive maintenance plan
manage maintenance CAPEX Projects

**Basic Requirements**:
Master's Degree in Engineering
Previous experience in supervision activities
Attention to HSE aspects
English fluency

**Additional Skills/Preferences**:
At least 3 years of experience in engineering, maintenance or technical support
Knowledge of the maintenance basics and its metrics
Knowledge of the metrology basics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
