**Your role**:
Our IT Team is currently seeking a DD&IT Business Partner for Italy. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading business demand, prioritizing initiatives, overseeing the local IT Project Portfolio, managing IT roadmaps, heatmaps, and IT strategy. As a business domain expert and technology advisor, you will gather and specify business requirements, assist in prioritization, and support the development of business cases.
You will work in close collaboration with Commercial Functions, including BU Heads, Commercial Excellence, and the General Manager, to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business goals. Additionally, you will lead projects and studies, supervise business changes related to IT initiatives, and manage the financial planning and budgeting for your area of responsibility, including forecasting resource capacity to deliver on the portfolio as part of the planning process.
Key responsibilities include: Business Relationship Management: Regular information exchange between business and IT, managing customer feedback, complaints, and escalations. IT Demand Management: Managing customer demand for IT services and projects, including financial assessment and supporting the identification of new services for local customers. IT Service Management: Defining service scope, agreeing on service levels, monitoring service provision, and managing escalations as needed. Strategic Initiatives: Driving strategic IT initiatives, including discovery, structuring, assessment, recommendations, preparation, coordination, and monitoring. A key focus of this role will be driving AI adoption, innovation, and upskilling the organization to enhance digital capabilities across Italy. Furthermore, you will handle service reviews with key business stakeholders and manage escalation instances.

**Who you are**:

- You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience within the IT industry, with at least 5 years in an IT Business Partner position.
- Prior experience in a multinational company is required.
- 2-5 years of notable knowledge in the Biopharma industry.
- You have a comprehensive breadth and depth of knowledge and experience working in a sophisticated project environment.
- You have demonstrated the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and with various stakeholders (internal, external, local, regional, and global).
- Proven experience in AI-driven initiatives and fostering innovation in organizations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is necessary; Italian is preferred, and other EU languages will be considered an advantage.
