**About the Company**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Financial Controller and Administration** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key financial operations across multiple areas, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s financial health and growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants, acting as a key point of reference for financial and administrative matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Management control & Financial reporting
- Support in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Prepare periodic financial reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs
- Analyze variances and identify corrective actions

Administration and accounting
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable (active and passive invoicing)
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- Handle expense reports and oversee payment management
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closings
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities

Tax and compliance
- Manage financial documentation for grants and tenders
- Oversee document archiving and certification-related documentation

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems is considered a plus
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Italian

Retribuzione: €25.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
