Inserito nel team Performance Analytics, il Performance Analytics Stageur affiancherà il Performance Analytics Specialist nello svolgimento di attività di reporting e analisi dei dati finalizzate al monitoraggio dei risultati commerciali dei canali e della forza vendita della banca.

**Contenuto Progetto Formativo**:
Supporto al Performance Analytics Specialist:

- nell’aggiornamento dei database Access interni di area;
- nell’elaborazione dei dati di vendita dei canali e della forza vendita della banca;
- nella pubblicazione di dashboard e report di dettaglio sulle performance commerciali.

**Requisiti richiesti e soft skills**:

- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Windows Office, in particolare Access ed Excel;
- Capacità di lavorare su database;
- Approccio analitico;
- Precisione e puntualità;
- Flessibilità e ottime capacità di problem solving;
- Sarà ritenuto titolo preferenziale una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
