**Job Description Summary**

Descrizione del Lavoro:
**Principali responsabilità**:

- Gestione e manutenzione dei database interno relativi agli immobili industriali e logistici nonché al database dei clienti.
- Collaborazione con il team Agency I&L per garantire l'integrità e l'accuratezza dei dati.
- Creazione di report ed elaborazioni di mercato, utilizzando strumenti come PowerBi.
- Analisi delle transazioni logistiche e della documentazione commerciale e técnica relativa agli sviluppi logistici sul mercato nazionale.
- Collaborazione con i dipartimenti Research e Business Intelligence al fine di acquisire ed elaborare informazioni di mercato.
- Supportare l’attività di advisory a reportistica a clienti istituzionali e internazionali (BOV-opinioni di valutazioni commerciali, proposte commerciali, ricerche di mercato)

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- Preferenza per una Laurea in un campo correlato al data analysis (quali: Economia, Statistica, Ingegneria, Scienze dell'Informazione o campo simile).
- Voglia di approfondire la conoscenza del settore immobiliare a vocazione logística e industriale.
- Possesso di competenze base nel data analysis e nell’utilizzo di strumenti affini.
- Capacità organizzative e di gestione documentale e dei dati.
- Conoscenza dei software di gestione dei dati e dei CRM è un plus.
- Organizzato, pragmatico, autonomo e capace di pianificare e gestire il proprio carico di lavoro.
- Confidente nel lavorare con scadenze ravvicinate.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e lavoro in team.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
