HR Assistant - Tirocinio Curriculare

CFT Group offre l’opportunità di ospitare laureandi in occasione del loro tirocinio curriculare finalizzato, in caso di bisogno, alla stesura della tesi.
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire all’interno del dipartimento HR di CFT Group nel ruolo di HR Assistant in tirocinio curriculare. La risorsa individuata seguirà un periodo di formazione interna in affiancamento ad un collega esperto supportando l’area Human Resources.

Tasks
- Facilita i progetti di gestione e sviluppo risorse umane;
- Supporta il processo di formazione attraverso il reperimento di informazioni per predisporre e redigere i registri, effettua compilazione tabulati in excel, inserisce stato formazioni a gestionale in schede dipendenti;
- Supporta attività della funzione in rapporto a esigenze dei dipendenti.

**Qualifications**:

- Laureando/a in ambito umanistico o economico;
- Orientamento personale alla comunicazione ed al team working;
- Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio, flessibilità intellettuale;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Senso dell’urgenza e delle priorità, capacità organizzative;
- Competenza con la suite di prodotti Microsoft Office.
