**Descrizione del lavoro**:
Supporto al Cinema Manager nella gestione, motivazione e supervisione del team. Il Guest Experience Supervisor si preoccupa di garantire un’esperienza entusiasmante ai clienti attraverso un servizio esemplare, una leadership stimolante ed un’eccellente gestione operativa del cinema.

**I tuoi compiti**:

- Essere un modello lavorando fianco a fianco con il team per garantire una perfetta esperienza al cliente
- Massimizzare le prestazioni ed il potenziale del team attraverso la formazione quotidiana, feedback costruttivi e coaching, con l’obiettivo di sviluppare e potenziare competenze e prestazioni
- Garantire il rispetto delle procedure UCI/Odeon, garantendo i requisiti operativi di sicurezza
- Garantire un elevato livello di standard operativo e commerciale
- Contribuire al raggiungimento dei KPI, assicurando che il team disponga degli strumenti necessari per implementare tutte le iniziative locali e nazionali in modo efficace
- Corretta gestione dei costi e delle risorse

**Il tuo profilo**:

- L’esperienza nella gestione e nella motivazione di un team costituisce un vantaggio
- Buon livello d’inglese
- Padronanza degli strumenti informatici (Office)
- Consigliabile patente di guida e mezzo di trasporto proprio
- Persona determinata e perspicace con grandi capacità di lavorare in team
- Spiccate doti di leadership
- Persona orientata ai risultati, controllo delle metriche e KPI
- Capacità analitiche
