**ROLE & TEAM**

We are currently looking for an Indirect Procurement Buyer - Internship (f/m/x) who will join our team in finding and engaging with the right service/product supplier for each of our business units, data analysis and legal & administrative aspects related to our suppliers' network.

**Here below are some examples of your core activities**
- Analyze the needs of our Business Areas, based on production needs (e.g. Facility, HR, IT, Design & Build, etc.)
- Market analysis, mapping, and search for new suppliers
- Support in supplier management and online/on-site interface
- Support in contract reading and evaluation
- Support in the operational management of utilities (transfers, supplier management, etc.)
- Manage orders on various eCommerce sites
- Data analysis to obtain useful information for the Team
- Develop reports to monitor the progress of activities, update internal Excel files, and also monitor the inbox

**What** **you’ll need to be successful in this role**
- We think that grads or under-grads in Economics or Law may find this job interesting.
However, we're open to evaluating your resume regardless of your studies.
- You have a good proficiency in Office Package - especially excel
- You are fluent both in Italian and English (B2-C1, both written and spoken)
- You can create project plans, track and monitor progress, and achieve results
- You are interested in improving processes
