**Posizione**:
PRODUCTION CONTROLLER

la risorsa selezionata svolgerà un ruolo chiave nel coordinamento e nell’efficientamento dei processi produttivi, con responsabilità dirette nella pianificazione delle attività, nella gestione dei materiali e nel controllo dell’avanzamento della produzione. L’obiettivo è assicurare performance elevate in termini di efficienza operativa, puntualità nelle consegne e miglioramento continuo, con particolare attenzione alla riduzione dei lead time.

Attività principali
- Organizzare la produzione sulla base delle richieste dei clienti e degli obiettivi aziendali.
- Coordinare l’approvvigionamento dei materiali (SML) per i clienti di riferimento, garantendo la disponibilità nei tempi richiesti e negoziando le migliori condizioni con i fornitori.
- Controllare l’avanzamento delle lavorazioni, verificando che ogni fase sia correttamente avviata, monitorata e completata.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con i responsabili di reparto per identificare e risolvere eventuali problematiche lungo la filiera produttiva.
- Supportare il team logistico nella predisposizione dei materiali destinati alla produzione.
- Produrre e aggiornare report e documentazione riguardanti lo stato di avanzamento delle commesse per i clienti assegnati.
- Gestire la comunicazione operativa con i clienti: conferma ordini, aggiornamento su disponibilità e tempi di consegna, raccolta di eventuali esigenze specifiche.
- Collaborare con l’area qualità e con il personale produttivo per garantire il rispetto degli standard aziendali e normativi.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria.
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli simili, preferibilmente all’interno di aziende manifatturiere strutturate.
- Solida conoscenza della pianificazione produttiva, della logística, degli acquisti e della gestione delle commesse.
- Padronanza dei sistemi ERP e buona capacità di analisi dei dati di produzione.
- Ottime capacità organizzative, orientamento al problem solving e abilità nella gestione delle priorità.
- Spiccate competenze relazionali, sia nel lavoro in team che nel rapporto diretto con i clienti.
- Preferenziale la familiarità con le normative qualità e i principi della lean manufacturing.
