**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program

**Role purpose**

The Junior Product Manager will be accountable for supporting the marketing team in the integration and launch of products in the market.

He/She will support the team on activites such as P&L, product lifecycle, customer experience for Vodafone services and products. He/she will manage both analytical (business case) and communication (go to market and go to sales activities) aspects of marketing life/cycle.
Junior Product Manager is a pivotal role, with significant interactions with business stakeholders in different units (finance, operations and commercial teams) at various level of seniority.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Product analysis focused on identifying areas of improvement and threats to revenues target;
- Attention to market trends to prospects’ acquisition.
- Design and management of the offer portfolio, with a focus on the declination of the customer experience across all touchpoints and commercial strategies on the various channels.
- Ability to lead cross-functional work groups with the aim of ensuring maximum involvement and compliance with roadmaps
- Focus on commercial performance and compliance with the targets and the P&L of the offer
- Ability to optimize the mix of marketing levers and identify new go to market and go to sales approaches functional to direct commercial performance
- Results and KPIs monitoring and analysis

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Good analytical capability with problem solving skills
- Project management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different functions
- Well organized with attention to details

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering
- Fluent written and spoken English
