We are looking for a Localization Freelancers Manager who will help us scale up our translation efforts and contribute to a seamless collaboration between our team and all of our stakeholders.

**What you will do**:

- Lead an international localization subteam of freelance translators working through a third-party platform. This includes managing the full lifecycle of freelance team members: recruitment, onboarding, retention, offboarding, and contract closure.
- Foster effective communication within the freelancers team and keep them informed of company updates. Organize and facilitate quarterly team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and review internal processes.
- Monitor and evaluate freelancers team performance, providing actionable feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Organize team-building initiatives and enhance current activities to strengthen collaboration.
- Contribute to the localization management team by participating in quarterly planning discussions and providing constructive feedback.
- Align your work with the company’s principles and actively engage in company and team events and meetings.

- Experience within similar position (at least 2 years);
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Team player with cross-functional communication skills;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;Experience in working within remote teams and freelancers;
- Comfortable with constant change of priorities;
- Readiness and ability to adjust to working with international team;
- Creative personality with passion for learning.

Recommended skills to have:

- Knowledge and/or experience in website development, WordPress, and the hosting market;
- Experience using Upwork for team management purposes.
- Experience within Localization industry would be a plus.
