Open position: After Sales Technician - North-East Italy

Reports to: After Sales Manager
Contract type: Full-time

Position objective
We are looking for a motivated and competent Field Service Technician to strengthen our after-sales service team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our products for our customers, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Area of operation: North-East Italy

Main responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective and extraordinary technical maintenance (e.g. replacement of batteries and consumable parts).
Activate new products for customers.
Compile intervention reports and transmit the information to the company.
Manage preventive maintenance for strategic customers (Key Accounts).
Keep company tools and devices (cars, telephones, PCs) in good working order.
Use PPE correctly and comply with company safety guidelines.
Manage spare parts correctly and keep the warehouse tidy.
Report feedback from the field on products, customers and business opportunities.
Meet deadlines for the delivery of reports, expense reports and monthly activities.

**Requirements**:
Technical training in electronics/electrical engineering.
Good knowledge of SOCOMEC and multi-brand products.
Basic knowledge of English.
Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.
Willingness to travel daily throughout Italy.
