**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end procurement for ETO projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and project timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material requirements and lead times.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor order status, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any supply chain issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records in ERP systems.
- Support cost control initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Monitor supplier performance and develop strategic relationships with key vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.

**Qualifications**:

- Ddegree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in ETO or project-based manufacturing environments.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in mechanical or industrial engineering sectors.
- Knowledge of international sourcing and logistics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
