Role Summary
The Data Coordinator will report to the Head of Digital and Data and sit with our Office team. The role is focused on ensuring key product and market information is accurately captured, maintained, analysed and displayed to a high standard. As part of their role, the Coordinator will also support the analysis and visualization of our data for Market and Client specific projects and the curation of media content to produce engaging and insightful marketing materials across a range of formats and JLL tools.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitoring the Italian office leasing and investment market to identify, capture and update information on available space and transactions as well as acquisitions and disposals
Supporting the Leasing and Capital Markets teams through customized analyses and presentations through a range of JLL tools
Supporting the dedicated marketing resources in creating outstanding presentations and reports
Building relationships with other real estate agencies and landlords to obtain information and source the best available content for listings records
Quality assurance checking of all relevant information and content to ensure standards are met and exceeded
- party client engagement tools
Work closely with each of our teams to coordinate the production of content as well as providing visibility of the coverage and quality of information being presented
Assist with day-to-day activities around the management and upgrading of our property data and tools

Experience
Competent user of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and other Data Base softwares
Familiar with town-planning and cadastral database (SISTER) would be desirable
Use of GIS and Power BI tools a welcome plus
Previous experience managing information (data) beneficial
Coordinating between multiple parties to manage the delivery and publication of content
