Car Free Italia è una società che si occupa di servizi di mobilità, con un parco auto di proprietà di oltre 20 mln di €, il quale permette ai propri clienti di guidare un’auto nuova ogni anno con tutti i servizi inclusi come assicurazione Full Kasko, manutenzioni, cambio gomme, soccorso stradale, bollo, auto sostitutive ed altro.
Attualmente ricerca un/a Legal Specialist per la propria sede di Torino.

La risorsa si occuperà di seguire le attività legali svolgendo un ruolo di intermediario tra l'azienda e gli studi legali, a diretto riporto del CEO.
Seguirà le controversie con clienti, la redazione della contrattualistica aziendale e le eventuali revisioni e modifiche, i decreti ingiuntivi e il recupero crediti verso clienti, il contenzioso disciplinare a supporto del Reparto HR. La risorsa fornirà consulenza legale a tutte le funzione dell'Azienda.
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza;
- Precedente esperienza in ambito legale di almeno 5 anni;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e negoziali;
- Buone doti di precisione e organizzazione del lavoro;
- Capacità di lavorare in team
Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad ambosessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: €27.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
