**COMMERCIAL & PROPERTY SPECIALIST**

**Posizione**:
**Responsabilità**

Compiti principali:

- valorizzare le proprietà, allestire i materiali necessari per le presentazioni immobiliari e promozione commerciale;
- creare relazioni solide e durature con clienti e intermediari, lungo l'intero processo dalla proposta alla sottoscrizione del contratto di locazione;
- attività di comunicazione/marketing per promuovere gli immobili
- gestione delle pratiche amministrative relative agli immobili

**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti**
- Laurea preferibilmente in architettura o in materie economiche
- Esperienza maturata in posizioni analoghe presso i principali player del settore immobiliare.
- ottime doti organizzative e relazionali,
- propensione alle trattative e alle negoziazioni,
- spiccato orientamento al cliente,
- flessibilità e dinamicità
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
