COMPANY PROFILE:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Working within ITA-CEE Product & Customer Support Team, this exciting and challenging position will be field based with regular travel throughout Italy and CEE when required. The goal of this function is support the STSs and Dealers with complex diagnostics, quality investigations, troubleshooting and customer support on CNH CE machines (WL, CHEX, SSL/CTL, TLB, MHEX, WHEX, DZR, GRD)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Regular field visits working with Dealers/Importers and Customers to perform detailed investigations, data capture and resolution of specific technical concerns and performance issues on filed CE Equipment
- Hands-on technical support to Dealers throughout Italy and Central-Eastern Europe to resolve complex technical concerns through ASiST platform (THD) on-line, in collaboration with Service Technical Specialists and Products Specialists, keeping the highest standards in terms of quality and exhaustivity of replies and main tracking KPIs
- Coach Dealers on the most effective repair methods, use of technical information and support tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Preparation of concise technical reports after every field visit and on machines quality Top Issues
- Feeding back observed issues with Dealer/importer behavior and practice

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Self-motivated, proactive and with solid practical understanding of technical diagnosis and problem solving.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to take responsibility for own performance.
- Must be willing to work in a flexible, dynamic environment.
- Proven hands on practical skills with ability to work confidently in a workshop environment.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, with excellent customer service skills.
- College qualification (e.g. ND, HND or Degree) in Engineering/Mechanisation or related discipline highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and able to learn various Company systems.
- Inquisitive nature
- A full clean driving licence
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
- English Language preferable
