**Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Setup & Management**
- Plan, create, and manage **Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads campaigns**:

- Work within **Meta Business Manager, Business Suite, and Ads Manager** to execute and optimize campaigns
- Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budget allocation based on strategic goals
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance (e.g., creative updates, budget reallocation, audience refinements)

**Performance Analysis & Reporting**
- Build **comprehensive Social Media reports** that go beyond numbers—providing insights, trends, and recommendations
- Analyze data in depth, compare **month-over-month analytics**, and identify actionable takeaways
- Track key KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Engagement Rate, etc.) and assess campaign success

**Campaign Optimization & Troubleshooting**
- Proactively monitor campaigns to identify underperforming ads and make **real-time optimizations**:

- Recommend **new creatives, budget shifts, and audience refinements** to improve campaign results
- Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure optimal performance

**Who You Are (Skills & Experience)**
- **Experience in Meta & LinkedIn Ads** (setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns)
- Strong knowledge of **Meta Business Manager, Business Suite, Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager**:

- Analytical mindset: ability to **interpret performance data** and turn insights into action
- Strong skills in **data analysis & reporting** (Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools)
- Ability to work **independently and proactively** within a remote setting
- Passionate about digital marketing and staying up-to-date with **paid social trends and platform updates**
