HEAD OF MARKETING CARDIO

**The Position**
- The Head of Marketing Cardiovascular will report to the Sr Director of Cardiovascular Unit, in our Rome Office. In this position, you will:

- Drive the commercial strategy for our Cardiovascular portfolio, developing short and long-term plans.
- Coach, develop and inspire the marketing team, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate and present confidently with stakeholders of scientific society at different levels of seniority.
- Supervise the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Work according to Business Ethic procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines.

**Qualifications**

In addition, we expect you to have:

- Excellent communication, presentations skills and management with confidence of various stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Bold analytical and business acumen, result and goal-oriented approach and expertise in launch and brand management.
- A strong track record of success along with a positive can-do attitude that motivates the team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Working experience in cardiovascular therapeutic area will be considered a plus.

**About the Department**
Our cardiovascular department is responsible for defining the local portfolio strategy and driving key marketing activities among healthcare providers and hospitals. You will be part of energetic and motivated professionals and take action to improve the daily lives of patients suffering from cardiovascular disease.
