NH Hotel Group part of Minor Hotels is looking for a Development & Asset Manager for Italy.

**Development and Asset Manager for Italy | NH Hotel Group**:
JOB SUMMARY

This position will participate in both Asset Management and Development projects. He/she will be responsible for analyzing Development and Asset Management projects in Italy.

EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years’ experience in International hotel chain, international hotel consultancy firm, hotel investment firm or one of the Big Four accounting firms would be an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Law/Economics/Business Administration.
Knowledge in finance and good understanding of P&L´s.
High level of Italian and English (oral and written).
Proficiency level of knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support and assist the Development & Asset Management team in their day-to-day projects, specialized in Italy:

- Projects will be related to i) rent negotiations ii) assets divestments iii) development opportunities iv) corporate transaction.
- To gather and analyze all relevant information (market researches, business plans and financial analysis...) in order to prepare the negotiations strategies or new development projects.
- To be in continuous contact with other departments such as Legal, Finance, Tax, Building and Operations in order to align the common understanding.
- To prepare presentations for the Top Management of the Company.

Be involved in the negotiation of the contracts with several stakeholders
Coordinate and push for the completion of the departments’ yearly objectives and to achieve the consecution of the Action Plan.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The function hierarchically reports directly to the Italy Development Director based in Italy & SVP Portfolio Management based in the HQ offices, Madrid, Spain.
Travel within Italy would be required.
The position will be preferably based in Milan.
