With 40 years of experience in PET containers solutions, SIPA has acquired considerable expertise in all available bottle manufacturing and filling technologies, from preforms to finished products, for the food and beverage, chemical products, cosmetics, detergents and pharmaceutical sectors.

Our extensive product range includes equipment for production of preforms as well as single-stage injection-stretch-blow moulding systems and stretch blow moulding equipment (both rotary and linear), filling monoblocs, process equipment and a full range of robotised and palletising solutions. SIPA is also a mould maker for blowing and preform injection systems, both SIPA and non-SIPA, and it also has an important bottle design and engineering operation at the service of its customers.

With headquarters in Italy (Vittorio Veneto - TV), the company can rely on 23 sales branches, 4 manufacturing facilities (two sites in Italy, one in Romania and one in China) and 35 service centres for fast access to service, parts, and expert engineering support.

**Posizione**:
Main responsibility and activities:

- Managing the after sales activities in order to guarantee the efficiency of SIPA Machines installed base on the region, turning to customer satisfaction;
- Improving the sales strategy of Lige Cycle Support (LCS) products aimed to hit the turnover and margin targets;
- Managing the LCS activities in line with the HQ strategies;
- Managing the Help Desk service of the branch;
- Submit the customers’ requests and personalization of the machines through the company tools (CRM) to the Sales Eng. Team;
- Analysing the SIPA machines installed base through customers visit, to track the status of machines, understanding the root causes of problems, mis-functioning, in junction with SIPA technicians, in order to create business opportunities;
- Scouting opportunities for maintenance contracts and maintenance services and relevant applicability to customers;
- Conducting deals with customer related to the sales of LCS products;
- Managing and following the invoicing process with the HQ;
- Draw up of sales report and tracking the sales indexes based on the HQ directives;
- Cooperate with Sales Area Manager in order to share and be aligned on the customers projects and status;
- Budgeting revenues and margins.

**Requisiti**:
School graduation:
Bachelor degree in Engineering

Professional Experience:
**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of industrial machines - mechanical and electrical;
- Very Well knowledge of the Nord African market;
- Marked leadership and experience in managing people;
- Used to work in international environment;
- Very well in communication and relation with customers and internal customers;
- Customer obsessed;
- Able to identify suitable strategies or improving them;
- Perfect in French, good English, Arabic nice to have;
- Good knowledge of standard tools usage (Office, CRM, Planner tools, ERP systems reading).

Availability to frequent travels in the assigned African Area - Nord Africa, Maghreb, and Eastern Francofone countries.

Availability to answer to customer also over the working time.
