As each salon client is different and every stylist unique, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of products and services across our quality brands Goldwell, KMS, Oribe and VARIS.

**The role**:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the education teams to track education activities, verify participants and manage all the info within the organization (sales/educators). In addition you will organize education programs and order materials for training academies/ regional seminars, including budgeting, coordination of programs and events associated with Education.

**This is a part time position based in Rome**

**What you will do**:

- Schedule and coordinate trainings and special events for education including all field communication, travel, hotel, ordering, transportation and budgets.
- Schedule, book, track and provide communications to Sales and Education Managers about all Seminars in Academies and in Regions.
- Provide administrative support and assistance for the Education Management teams.
- Utilizing existing administrative systems check participants, track events registrations and create report for Education Leader and Regional ES&P Analyst.
- Coordinate the execution of all education activities in Academies and in Regions: supervise location, send all materials needed (products, mannequins, certificate, brochure, towels etc...), provide the list of participants and satisfaction questionnaire.
- Maintain local artist rosters / data bases and freelancers contracts, manage PO and check freelancers invoices.
- Support Educators in taking care of the Rome and Milan Academies: request of products and other materials needed, supervise general services, coordinate the waste disposal management and all the specific needs of the 2 Academies.
- Inventory literature/materials, maintain appropriate quantities, coordination of different suppliers for production and budget tracking for education materials.

**What you need**:

- Requires High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ administrative experience in a professional office environment in a similar or sales support role is required.
- Completion of a secretarial program and/or courses is preferred.
- Cosmetology or salon experience a plus.
- Strong command of databases and MS Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, Power-Point and Access, with the ability to create and properly format word documents, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, presentations and generate/print reports.
- Previous experience working with SAP and/or sales database preferred.
- Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to complete all assignments in an organized, efficient, accurate manner within established deadlines.
- Requires clear verbal and written communication, excellent phone manner and above average writing, math, analytical, grammar, spelling and proof reading skills.
- Must be able to work positively, effectively and professionally with employees, vendors, client and customers at all levels as well as independently and as a team.
