The Technical Sales Expert HMS implements the regional sales strategy and expands or maintains market shares in his or her area of responsibility within SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa) region. He/she acquires new customers and is the active customer advisor in commercial and technical issues for existing customers. The position requires travelling within the region (main focus Italy). In this position you will report to Sales Manager SEMEA.

- YOUR TASKS:

- Support Sales Budgeting: Assist in annual budgeting and implement sales strategies for assigned areas
- Generate Sales: Prospect leads, identify customer needs, pitch products, handle objections, and develop customer portfolios
- Sales Reporting: Monitor markets, identify new business opportunities, report on market trends, and maintain CRM data
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide technical support, follow up on claims, and build customer action plans
- Stakeholder Cooperation: Collaborate with internal sales, inform management about new opportunities, represent the company at events, and report to the Sales Manager
- YOUR PROFILE:

- Economic or technical education with relevant international industrial experience and additional training e.g. master craftsman, higher technical education institute, engineer college, etc
- Sales experience, Key Account Manager in international environment will be considered a strong plus
- Initiative, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel (30%) and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems - knowledge of SAP is a plus
