In this spirit, we are looking for a talented designer, expected to study to Instrumentation for development phase.

The Instrumentation designer must have a good Knowledge of mechanics, have ability to interact with the Costumers to define the necessary instrumentation on development phase. Will follow the whole new product definition process from concept design to product detailed definition and procurement/testing.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- The Instrumentation Designer utilizes experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and could have the ability to affect short-term and long-term goals.
- Application of instrumentation for Attitude, Endurance and oil-off
- Application flight test instrumentation
- Develop components design to achieve the performance, selecting optimal solutions
- Concurrence with the lab instrumentation for definition design.
- Interaction with operators and explanation execution
- Check of the standards available in the shop for the instrumentation
- Definition of any repair procedures
- Monitoring and control of schedules activities

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electronics preferred; high school diploma with proven experience in the role
- Experience in electronics companies
- Familiarity with Mechanical Design/Drawing
- Solid background in instrumentation, measurement, and acquisition systems
- Knowledge of CAD design tools (preferable NX & Teamcenter), and Microsoft package
- Project management skill to plan and monitor the activities in terms of schedule and cost
- Familiarity with the Quality System
- Clear thinking and diligent approach
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team working and inclusiveness proven capabilities
- English and Italian fluency
- Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required

- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Other previous experience in complex system design
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Curiosity and passion for mechanic design
