**This position reports to**:
EL Customer Operations Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide assistance and support to the sales organization by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining sales-related databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Customer Operation Manager and using your skills and knowledge, you will aid the Sales Support team by reacting to customer and sales inquiries. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Marketing, Sales and Product Management function within the Smart Power Division in Bergamo. You will be mainly accountable for: - Managing the customer coding process - Managing customer data and material master - Calculating and issuing customer rewards and bonuses - Demonstrating ABB’s core values and adhering to group safety and integrity standards
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You have strong analysis skills and the right attitude for problem solving.
- Preferential knowledge of SAP, MDG, Salesforce and Excel.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
