We are looking for Graduates interested in starting a career in insurance-brokerage and risk-management consulting to join our Graduate Programme.

For the **Turin office**, a new opportunity arose within the **Risk Management** department**, a segment that operates with large customers in national and multinational contexts.

**We will count on you to**:

- **Outgoing Clients**
- Support the Client management team in the development of international insurance programs for multinational companies headquartered in Italy
- Support daily needs of Clients (e.g. request for insurance certificates, compliance control of insurance documentation, requests to insurers, request quotations for new coverages, request to internal teams to issue invoices to Clients, etc.);
- Relations with Marsh’s internal departments and specialties and with insurance markets.
- Management of the international Marsh network involved in the management of Clients' foreign subsidiaries
- Monitor coverage placement activities.
- ** Incoming Clients**
- support the Client management team in the analysis of risks and needs of local customers with foreign parent company, _contract review_ activities and relationship with the MarshProducing Office involved;
- manage relationships with Marsh customers, companies and networks for active international programs;
- monitor the issuance and verify local policies to be compliant with the program instructions, monitor the related premium payment, management of requests / issuance of insurance certificates, general assistance to the local client on international and local lines;
- Monitor coverage placement activities;
- Use management platforms to support the Business.

**What you need to have**:

- University Degree, preferably in Economics and / or Law / Humanities
- Fluency in English
- Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint).
