Talent On Board Srl, ricerca per una storica e solida realtà in Bergamo, operante nel settore Oil&Gas ed appartenente ad un gruppo multinazionale, una figura di **Project Manager.**
**Posizione**:
La figura, a riporto diretto del responsabile del Project Engineering Management, acquisirà responsabilità sulla gestione e lo sviluppo di progetti.
In particolare si occuperà di:
- Prima interfaccia con il cliente funzionale alla comprensione dell'esigenza;
- Partecipare e supervisionare le attività di definizione e progettazione dell'esigenza, definendo tempistiche, budget e obiettivi;
- Gestire le BU dedicate allo sviluppo dei progetti attivi interfacciandosi con il personale adibito interno/esterno e monitorando l’attività;
- Coordinare e verificare il rispetto delle normative aziendali e degli standard di qualità grazie al supporto delle funzioni dedicate;
- Interfaccia con l’ufficio acquisti per la pianificazione di nuove esigenze di materiali ed eventuali scostamenti dal Budget;
- Interfaccia attiva con i clienti su necessità di revamping di prodotto e/o supporto nelle fasi afterSales e di installazione dei prodotti.
**Requisiti**:
Si richiede:
- Minima Esperienza pregressa nella mansione e o in ambito Proposal Engineering e/o in ambito Inside Sales in società operanti in ambito Oil&Gas, Energy, Railway, Power e/o in contesti attività per commessa;
- Formazione Tecnica, preferibilmente ad indirizzo energetico/meccanico;
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, problem solving e Decision Making e Orientamento al cliente;
- Buone doti di Leadership, Problem Solving e di Pianificazione e Organizzazione.
