**Location**:Buttrio (UD)

**Responsabilities**:

- Coordinates all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and economic objectives. Supervises the entire project life cycle, including the post-installation and warranty phases.
- Defines the project's Work Breakdown Structure, assigning activities, responsibilities, and timelines to the Project Team resources. Ensures effective planning and optimal distribution of workloads.
- Interfaces regularly with the Project Team to monitor the progress of activities, cash flow, economic results, and product quality. In the event of deviations from targets, develops corrective strategies and action plans with the team;
- Is the main company contact for the customer during all phases of the project. Manages customer relations through face-to-face meetings, videoconferences, and periodic updates;
- Drafts and shares project reports, intended for both the customer and the company's top management, providing timely updates on progress, critical issues, and performance.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent listening and analytical skills;
- Aptitude for teamwork in an international context;
- Good negotiation and conflict management skills within a work team;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
