As After Market Lead Project Management you will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need, according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As After Market Lead Project Management, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising, organizing and executing of a service projects, including scope, time, contract, cost & quality management.
- Defining project methodologies and standards including scheduling and controlling.
- Working together with high level people from the business.
- Specifying needs, communicating about project approach, and presenting outcomes of research done.
- Handling standardized project processes.
- Handling diverse products and clients.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college;
- Have work experience in Services Project Management
- Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
- Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organization
