We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Our Wharehouse in Landriano (PV)

Reporting into: Facility Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites;- Organize both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and engaging external suppliers;- Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose any issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures;- Coordinate projects related to improving work environments or business needs, and proactively propose continuous improvement actions;- Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided;- Elaborate accurate costs reporting;- Drawing up reports on management results;- Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity plant declarations, CPI, periodic checks of grounding systems, etc.);- Oversee the execution of relevant external contracts, ensuring the monitoring of required service levels and associated compliance.- Create Purchase Orders (PO) to be sent to suppliers and manage good receipt;- Asset registration / de - registration- Elaborate budget reports;- Archive maintenance reports

The type of person we are looking for:- Preferred previous experience in facility management in big-size companies;- Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems;- Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite;- English: Intermediate, spoken and written;- Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely;- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders;- Ability to synthesize and communicate the results of the work;- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;- Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment;
