**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- An enthusiastic supply chain specialist, who will be handling various areas within logistics.
- You will partner with the customer service team, liaising with logistics partners to satisfy customers, offering the best solution at the variation of their demand.
- You will be engaged in the investigation, resolution and communication of actions following to customers’ complaints
- You’ll be an active part of the wider Materials GBU EMEA logistics team, contributing to best practice sharing, engaging yourself into collective improvement projects, inspired by innovation.

- Ensuring safe and environmental compliant performance by the contractualized vendors, acting with them in keeping standards always high
- Contributing to the reduction of complaints, month-after-month, year-after-year,
- Ensuring a top logistic contribution to the company OnTime-InFull KPI
- Supporting top-level logistics partnership to the business, delivering quality services, thus adding value to the whole value chain
- Supporting testing sessions of new solutions, following global improvements projects within the GBU. Providing feedback and suggestions

**You will bring**:

- Up to 5 years’ experience in logistics, with a focus on warehousing, distribution and/or global freight process. Some direct experience on supply chain and logistics operations is valued
- a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably. Master’s appreciated
- an analytical and digital approach to the reality, familiarity with SAP ERP and MSoffice tools
- Passion to offer solutions, targeted on customers’ needs
- Open collaboration approach with your teammates in the logistics team
- listening ability, towards all the stakeholders of the value chain
- learning agility, to quickly improve your knowledge, whereas you do not have a background
- Courage to change and innovate, as well as to stop old habits, where they do not add value.
- Ability to communicate simply and crispy

**Additional information**:

- Location: Bollate (Milan - ITALY
- Mobility: sporadic daily trips to meet with logistics partners in Italy, as well as in Europe, should some troubles situations arise
- Remote working applicable, nr of weekly days to to be agreed upon, given the italian work law
