Il nostro Cliente, Fornitore Internazionale di Servizi per i settori dell’igiene, tessile e delle facility, ci ha incaricati di cercare un/una:
**Responsabile di Filiale**

Riportando al Direttore di Area la figura avrà la responsabilità di consolidare e sviluppare il fatturato e la redditività dei clienti nel portafoglio. Avrà inoltre il compito di gestire l’operatività e il personale della filiale.

**Principali attività e responsabilità**:

- Definisce le aree di sviluppo commerciali e ne segue il progresso
- È responsabile della qualità del servizio fornito ai clienti dal proprio centro, effettuando visite periodiche presso di essi attuando anche attività di Up-selling
- Insieme al Direttore di Area, definisce le strategie di gestione dei propri collaboratori e monitora le loro performance
- Assegna gli obiettivi al team e ne definisce i premi variabili
- Valuta le esigenze di formazione dei dipendenti e li aiuta in una crescita professionale tramite affiancamenti e/o formazione diretta
- Garantisce la corretta gestione degli stock a magazzino
- Assicura il rispetto degli obblighi di legge

**Requisiti**:

- Almeno 4/5 anni d’esperienza in una funzione similare presso aziende mediamente strutturate
- Consolidata esperienza di negoziazione commerciale e orientamento alla customer satisfaction
- Capacità di programmare proattivamente e autonomamente attività di sviluppo commerciale
- Ottime capacità comunicative e solide competenze relazionali
- Capacità di motivazione e gestione delle persone
- Capacità di controllo e gestione del budget aziendale
- Conoscenza di applicativi Microsoft Office e di un CRM
