For **Global Pharma Company **we are looking for a **Mid Data Strategy** in** Enterprise **area.

**JOB PURPOSE**

This role will:

- Act as an expert and business translator developing and refining the company's data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Orchestrate the establishment and maintenance of data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate these requirements into actionable projects and strategies, with an incremental-delivery approach (MVP).
- Help the organization in defining and prioritizing Business Use Cases and in the definition of the Data and Tech roadmap to answer them.
- Participate in managing data integration efforts, including the consolidation of data from various sources, and work to create a single source of truth for critical business data.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the data management and analytics functions, implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Set the guidance for advanced data architecture (such as DataLake) and for Analytics Framework inside the organization.
- Spread Data Culture pills into the organization, helping in organizing training to foster the data-driven approach.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies at the enterprise level, aligned with the company's goals.
- Work closely with the leadership team and with different Data Domains (such as Commercial, IBO, Supply Chain, HR, Medical, and R&D).
- Work closely with Data Architect in order to ensure the best technology platform, according to enterprise business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Work with IT in order to ensure the readiness and robustness of the designed tech solution in order to put in action the data strategy
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across all domains.
- Act as coordinator for the enterprise transformation program.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES**
- STEM Bachelor's degree
- 3 Years' experience in data management and analytics
- Data quality, and data architecture
- Analytical Platform (eg MS Power BI)
- Data Visualization tools
- Data-Driven Analysis & Decision Making
- Operational & Financial Sensitivity
- Technical communication & Influencing
- Agility and Data-driven mindset
- Written and oral English
