With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference. **_Your mission: _** To support accurate/efficient administrative execution and operative management of off-invoice discount related to National agreement, Local contract and promotional activities for assigned customers (OT, HD). To support update and operative management of CDA tool for channel assigned **_Your day to day with us:_** Off-invoice CDA - It takes care of the uploading / insertion in the CDA tool of the National Agreement and Local Contract relating to the Modern Channel and HD in close collaboration with the FV. - Guarantees the flawless execution of the regulation of the national and peripheral CDA contract through the contract authorization process by requesting the signature based on the Approval Matrix, and subsequently manages the quarterly control as per PBI internal procedures. - Authorizes promotional invoices relating to international agreements, by entering invoices in the CDA tool and sending the first note to reporting for all CROSS charges, verifies compliance with the terms of conditions loaded in the tool verifies the correspondence between invoices and terms specific CDAs, ensuring the flow of the authorization process. - Collaborate and maintain contact with the CDA Supervisor, during the monthly closing activities relating to the maturation of the CDA. Off-invoice discount ACD - Collect from the sales force all the information / conditions relating to the "Deferred ACD contract condition" (eg period / date of promotional activity, products and customers involved, discount applied). Update the ACD condition in the ACD Tool and CdV / Siageve only after verifying the approval according to the internal procedures of PBI. Monthly closing - Manages and communicates the monthly closure of the ACDs, sends the outcome for approval as per PBI internal procedures, communicates the final data for the monthly provision to the Planning, Reporting and Sales departments. Management of customer disputes - Support / collaborate with customer dispute analysis regarding CDA and ACD settlement. - Support to the sales office / Credits and IBM AR in case of accounting reconciliation. CDA turnover certification Prepare and forward monthly and annual CDA turnover per customer to the sales force and customer office administration. Collaborate with IBM on CDA Tool - QAD entry reconciliation on a monthly basis to ensure the correct flow of information between systems.
