The FX team structures and sells Foreign Exchange / Interest Rate derivatives hedging solutions to Italian Corporate Banking clients through different channels (voice and ecommerce). If you are a graduate with an international mindset, leadership potential and the ability to thrive under pressure, Unlock your fullest potential and join us In particular, the tasks related to the position are: - Sales, advice and execution of OTC products for outstanding and potential UniCredit clients - Identifications and management of the main financial risk needs for Italian Corporates - Support Relationship Manager for Mifid regulatory needs, Documentation, Pre.settlement line calculation and all related post-sales activities - Providing pricing, verifying documentation adequacy and execute deals - Active promotion of Risk management culture among clients in close collaboration with other product lines - Within the main mandate, the FX / Rates Sales actively contribute to the development of new business opportunities. **What you'll need to succeed**: Personifies our Values - Integrity, Ownership and Caring Has the Power skills of an Agile Collaborator a Passionate Explorer and a Proactive Entrepreneur Matches with the following requirements: - Up to 2 years from graduation or graduating in in Economics, Business Management, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics; - Passionate for markets and macroeconomics; - Self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude with strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills; - Fluency in Italian and English; - Problem Solving Attitude; - Digital oriented; - Some programming knowledge (eg.
