**What you will do**:

- Monitor the quality of products ensuring they meet specifications and standards at all times. Resolving and reporting the supply chain related quality issues.
- _KPI: reduction of quality failures from suppliers, improvements of auditing scores.
- Ensure adherence to good hygiene and warehouse practices in all Supply Chain facilities by implementing and supervising the correct pest management programme, cleaning procedures and HACCP/Food Safety requirements.
- _KPI: reduction of consumer/customer complaints, reduction of waste._
- Implement Supply Chain Quality auditing programme/checklist for all stores by: monitoring the status of implementation programme.
- Assessing the performance of the quality system and reporting its effectiveness to QM.
- Proposing actions for improvement.
- Close the GAPs identified on time.
- _KPI: check the implementation of auditing programme; tracking the identified audit gaps due to quality practices, and the percentage of audit gap closure._
- Training personnel on quality standards, procedures, GWP and HACCP/food safety requirements.

**Requirements**:
**What you need**:

- Food science degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge and experience in food safety, quality department.
- Good communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Problem solving skills.
- Curious and attention to details.
- Proficiency using key software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
