Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Due Diligence Manager who will work within the Engineering Team to support the delivery of Falck’s mergers and acquisitions worldwide. The projects range from the development stage, through to construction and operations. When not involved in M&A activities, the Due Diligence Manager will support the wider Engineering Team in the development of renewable projects.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing senior technical input and oversight in all aspects of due diligence process and scope, including technology reviews, energy yield, permitting, layout compliance, site suitability assessments, construction monitoring activities and associated reports, etc.- Initiating, coordinating, and prioritizing the technical review process and providing technical approval for the projects.- Manage meetings with project vendors to have early insight into the projects on offer, and providing feedback on early-stage information- Ability to identify areas within a review project where additional value or optimisation can be quantified and added- Build string relationships with the Mergers and Acquisition Team (M&A Team) and support them in delivering high quality reviews and acquisitions of projects.- Strategic leadership through improving procedures/tools/templates and interpreting market trends- Support the Engineering team in the management and performance of engineering development activities for projects within the existing pipeline- Prepare, manage and submit technical and commercial reports in response to internal stakeholder interests and requests

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience of performing due diligence on utility scale onshore wind, solar and BESS projects- Due Diligence experience in Italy and Spain preferred, UK is also desirable- Fluent in English, Italian and/or Spanish- French is desirable- Capacity to work in an international team- Pragmatic and creative problem solving- Excellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders and partners, technical and non-technical)- Full clean driving license

Studies and desirable skills- Degree in Engineering or Related Field- Experience in financial modelling- Experience of Quality, health and safety aspects of renewable development projects
