We are looking for a
**Product Designer **to join our User Experience and Product Design team. This role will contribute to the improvement of our User Experience and engagement in a multi-country context. You will work alongside motivated and passionate people, in a fast-growing environment that will allow you to test your skills and enhance them.

**What you will do**

You will put
**users** on
**top of your priorities **and you will take care to deliver
**value** for any of them at every release.

You will be obsessed with research and experiments to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities before defining the best solution to design in the most effective way.

You will work closely with other Product Designers, Data Scientist, Product Managers and Engineers and other stakeholders from Operations and Marketing departments in a collaborative way in order to reach our common goals.

**You'll Catch Our Eye If**

You have an in-depth understanding of User-Centered Design.

You have consideration for issues related to Accessibility.

You have previous experience in product companies.

You have worked in scale-up or fast-growing company.

You are experienced in design for a product used in different countries.

You have already worked in Agile.

You have already worked for marketplaces and/or ecommerces, better if in the grocery and/or in the delivery industry.

You have experience in designing cross channel experiences and have a portfolio showcasing your work.

You have skills in designing from scratch flows and wireframes up to design systems.

You are an expert in how to test the effectiveness of a design and how to track its impacts once online.

You master the co-design process to onboard and involve internal stakeholders at the right moment.

You consider content and writing as an intrinsic part of your design process.

You’re fluent in English - we use it daily.

**You Can Really Knock Our Socks Off if**

You excel in interaction design.

You are familiar with driving user tests to validate your design.

You have experience in frontend programming to support your user testing.

Your native language is one of the following (to understand our customers better): Italian, French, Polish.

You have designed a disruptive solution

You know how to argue and prove your conclusions, and you are not shy in demonstrating that your work has a measurable positive impact on user experience, product, business, and company goals.

You are able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems, with excellent organizational skills.
