The company is a leading provider of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Monitoring Radar solutions worldwide.

We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist**

This figure works with Marketing Manager leading the Company marketing efforts, supporting the activities with sales, product management, and business teams to expand our international footprint, increase our visibility, and acquire new customers.

The Marketing Specialist supports the product development roadmap with the creation of the marketing assets responding to market needs, working by objectives and tracking KPIs of success. In particular:
**What we want you to do**:

- Manage the communication calendar (offline & online advertising) and marketing activities for visibility and lead acquisition (events, campaign)
- Execute & coordinate with Marketing Manager and Product Management & Business Divisions the Product Launch Calendar and activities for release
- Understand customers’ needs, values and benefits sought for the product, service & solution offerings
- Collaborate with product specialists, sales, and management to produce relevant contents that meets the needs of our customers and partners (brochures, website contents, success stories )
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams - from creative, BU and production to product management and legal - to produce effective promotional materials
- Execute central digital strategy for all campaigns, including social media, online assets, website & content.
- Provide regular updates (written and verbal) to Marketing Manager on progress against milestones, risks to delivery and project plans
- Manage external suppliers & agencies
- Compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and directions when working on customer / dealer / end user sites
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time

**Desired Skills**

**We would like to see**:

- Experience (+2 years) in the field of marketing and communication, preferably in B2B with high technology products
- Proven experience in Web-marketing with a focus on digital and social media
Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple projects.
- Excellent organizational and communicational skills (oral & written)
- Ability to create value-based messages and deliver them through different media
Strong analytical and process skills
- Skilled at using Microsoft tool & Knowledge of Marketing automation (Pardot)
- Team oriented and proactive attitude
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Communication or equivalent
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Knowledge of French is welcome
