Estimator

**Role Summary**:
As a Estimating Engineer, you will work with internal stakeholders to define costs of new products, technologies and customer-specific solutions. Additional responsibilities include quotation support, product analysis, supply chain analysis and operations support.

**Your Role**:

- Maintain and develop the Standard Costing for FLS Products;
- Actively participate to Product Cost reduction programs, interfacing with all involved local and Corporate functions (Commercial Operations, Product Management, Product & Package Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing);
- Cooperate to the creation of robust costing scheme and processes for “Special” products;
- Support Commercial Operation and Project Management teams with cost estimates and driving them in the most advantageous commercial proposals;
- Support full development of Pricing and Selection tool;
- Provide support to other functions for Product Historical Data, Booking, Sales, Cost statistic and analysis;
- Cooperate to Continuous Improvement Programs, thru maintenance and development of tools and databases for the effective BU use and integration with Corporate structure.

**Your Profile**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Effective verbal and written communications
- Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globally
- Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes are a plus
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
