Join us._ **Posizione**: We are looking for a **UX Designer** with experience in **designing complex interfaces and interactions** to join our multidisciplinary team. **Main Responsibilities**: - Analyze user and context requirements; - Design and prototype interfaces and interaction flows (wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes); - Participate in usability testing and user research activities; - Collaborate with development teams to define and implement design solutions; - Contribute to the creation of UX/UI guidelines and continuous improvement of design processes. **Requisiti**: - Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields; - At least 1-2 years of experience in the automotive sector or similar domains (industrial, transportation, infotainment, etc.); - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Figma and other leading design/prototyping tools; - Interest (academic or professional) in HMI design and interaction design; - Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative attitude; - Good command of English, both written and spoken. **Altre informazioni**: - Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - Location: On-site work in Turin **Our Promise**: We build technology for people—and that philosophy defines how we treat our team.
