**Maintenance Manager**

La ricerca è rivolta a solidi professionisti con esperienza maturata nel ruolo in aziende modernamente strutturate, preferibilmente su impianti di processo.

La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Direttore di Stabilimento, avrà la responsabilità di organizzare e garantire l’esecuzione degli interventi manutentivi ordinari, straordinari e preventivi.

Dovrà inoltre assicurare l’approvvigionamento dei materiali necessari alla manutenzione e l’aggiornamento della documentazione técnica nel rispetto degli standard di sicurezza.

Al fine di completare il piano annuale di manutenzione e far fronte agli obbiettivi assegnati, il Maintenance Manager, avrà a disposizione un team composto da 4 persone (manutenzione meccanica, strumentale ed elettrica) oltre al personale delle società esterne che coinvolgerà quando necessario.

**Mansioni**:

- garantire l’esecuzione degli interventi manutentivi, a guasto e programmati, incluse le fermate generali previste durante l’anno, con particolare attenzione alle scadenze di legge ed agli obblighi di natura HSE
- assicurare l'efficacia degli interventi manutentivi e l'efficienza degli impianti produttivi e tecnologici attraverso la manutenzione non solo ordinaria ma anche predittiva ed ispettiva
- contribuire ad identificare soluzioni atte a prevenire i guasti ed a perseguire gli obbiettivi di efficienza produttiva in collaborazione con il team di produzione.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica
- esperienza nel ruolo in aziende modernamente strutturate, preferibilmente su impianti di processo
- ottime doti gestionali, di leadership, comunicative e di problem solving
- automunito.

Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
