Office Management Intern

We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Office Management Intern to join our team and support the smooth running of our daily operations. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything in the office flows effortlessly - from helping with administrative tasks to creating a great environment for the whole team.

We offer a 6-month paid internship with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment with the possibility to become a long-term part of our team afterward.

You’ll support the Office Manager in:

- Coordinating office supplies, deliveries, and maintenance requests
- Helping to plan and organize internal events and team activities
- Welcoming visitors and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing hardware and software assets
- Ensuring the office space is tidy, functional, and a pleasant place to work
- Occasionally assisting with travel arrangements
- Supporting day-to-day administrative duties and internal communications

**Requirements**:
**What You Have**:

- A proactive and hands-on attitude, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus) Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
