Go to Market and Strategic Projects Associate

CCH® Tagetik is looking for a Go To Market and Strategic Projects Associate Director to join the Go To Market team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Go To Market you will partner with all relevant leaders in the successful design, planning and & roll-out of global strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with other managers, such as finance professionals, to execute strategic projects and also analyze the project portfolio to ensure that work aligns to strategic decisions and the organization's overall mission. By evaluating project flow, publishing reports and conducting review meetings to keep projects on track, you will enable the organization to prioritize its work.

The role can be based in one of our offices in Lucca, Rome, Turin, Milan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate processes to design and document strategic goals, outcomes and related projects- Oversee development of strategic plans aligned with strategic objectives- Identify and develop working relationships with different stakeholders at all levels; ensure that the stakeholders are kept appropriately informed of strategic project activities and are encouraged to participate as appropriate- Provide and ensure communication between projects and management at critical points in the implementation of the project plan- Ensure that strategic projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters; negotiate changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines- Conduct review meetings to keep projects on track- Develop and ensure effective implementation of key processes and tools to support project portfolio management for all project components (i.e., scope definition, analysis and planning, implementation, change management and deliverables)- Publish periodic reports to executive board and division to communicate the status of the strategic projects, key milestones, risks and mitigation plan- Develop and manage a process to design/update, approve and communicate GTM campaign

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Computer/Automation/Management Engineering or Business Administration or similar disciplines; MBA is a plus- At least 8 years of experience in a similar position within IT organizations or software companies- At least 5 years of solid professional experience as people leader of a global team, with a passion for developing people skills and career paths- Knowledge of organization structure, staffing patterns, and job design- Ability to identify and assess business needs and coordinate effective operating and systems solutions- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Italian- Experience with Salesforce- Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt would be highly regarded- Project Management qualification would be highly regarded
