Part of the IET organization, GTE (Gas Technology Equipment) is the business unites focused on maximize value from current super cycle and prepare for post cycle consolidating electrification, modularization and decarbonization offering. Main goal of CTS (Climate Technology Solutions) is to accelerate decarbonization projects leveraging core portfolio and investments in innovative solutions, de-risk through strategic alliances to mature / commercialize / scale - up tech.

As The Risk Manager ensures compliance to the ITO Risk process and provide support to Sales and Commercial team for the proposal development and purchase orders negotiation with the aim to mitigate the offering/ purchase orders’ risk profile.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- The Risk Manager ensures compliance to the ITO Risk process and provide support to Sales and Commercial team from the proposal development up to the purchase order signature with the aim to mitigate the offering and purchase order’s risk profile for GTE and CTS equipment, solutions and frame agreements opportunities.
- Provide directions to Sales and Commercial teams on ITO Risk process during the entire bidding phase, coordinating the Bid/No bid meeting, Deal approval reviews, R2, R3 reviews until ITO-OTR hand off.
- Ensure BH Compliance Policies are properly understood and implemented.
- Structure and/or improve global risk process in conjunction with the Portfolio evolution, identifying and analyzing new risks, potential exposures and mitigation strategies.
- Have an active role during the commercial life of the opportunity, with the identification of key risks, mitigation strategies and approvals to be obtained.
- Publish periodic metrics to monitor trends and adherence to the process.
- Ensure POA/Contractual documentation signature compliance.
- Conduct process audits to verify the compliance to policies, including liaison with internal and external auditors.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Master degree from an accredited university or college in Economics, Engineering, Law.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Proven experience with main Commercial or technical Offerings (Frame Agreements, GTE or CTS Contracts) management/negotiation/execution
- Proven experience in Risk Mitigation Analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
