Siamo un’azienda specializzata nell’installazione di magazzini automatici per logística e industria. Lavoriamo in Italia e all’estero su progetti complessi, con un team tecnico qualificato e in costante crescita.
**Posizione**
Cerchiamo un **Site Manager / Mechanical Supervisor** con esperienza nella gestione di cantieri industriali e nell’assemblaggio di magazzini automatizzati, in particolare **magazzini verticali completi di cladding e impianti accessori** (antincendio, carpenterie leggere, smaltimento acque).
**Attività principali**
- Coordinamento e supervisione delle attività di montaggio in cantiere
- Pianificazione lavori e gestione dei tempi
- Controllo qualità e verifica documentazione técnica
- Gestione sicurezza in cantiere e formazione del personale operativo
- Interfaccia con clienti e fornitori
- Supporto operativo in fase di montaggio meccanico
**Requisiti**
- Almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili (Capo Cantiere, Site Manager, Mechanical Supervisor)
- Conoscenza di impianti e magazzini automatici
- Competenze in sicurezza sul lavoro
- Capacità organizzative, leadership e problem solving
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all’estero
- Conoscenza dell’inglese preferibile

Disponibilità a viaggiare:
