- **Facility Specialist** (Building manager) rappresenta l'interfaccia per i colleghi del Gruppo (in filiale e nei grandi stabili) rispetto ai servizi di manutenzione e funzionamento degli immobili. Ha come obiettivo primario quello di mantenere l'efficienza e la continuità operativa del patrimonio immobiliare del Gruppo svolgendo un ruolo attivo nell'individuazione/prevenzione di possibili problemi, nell' individuazione delle relative soluzioni e nell'identificare le iniziative volte a ridurre i costi operativi.
- Tra le principali attività rientrano le seguenti:

- Verificare e supervisionare le attività sia degli appaltatori di manutenzione ordinaria (per edifici e impianti) che degli appaltatori incaricati di servizi specifici (pulizie, ecc.);
- Effettuare la pianificazione, budgeting e coordinamento dell'esecuzione delle attività di manutenzione straordinaria, con particolare riferimento agli immobili di proprietà del Gruppo;
- Supervisionare lo svolgimento delle attività previste da leggi e regolamenti e la corretta gestione della documentazione relativa a ciascun immobile gestito;
- Coordinare i progetti immobiliari relativi alla manutenzione o alla trasformazione di immobili gestiti dal Gruppo, comprese le situazioni complesse che possono coinvolgere più siti
- Collaborare attivamente ad iniziative (raccolta dati, monitoraggio, assetto impianto, ecc.) finalizzate al risparmio energetico e alla riduzione dei consumi energetici;
- Collaborare alle attività connesse alla valorizzazione (compravendita, leasing attivo, ecc.) dei beni di proprietà del Gruppo
- Pianificazione ed erogazione dei servizi Facility, gestione interventi sui building, ottimizzazione dei costi manutentivi, controllo per D.lgs 81/20008, monitoraggio SLAs e risoluzione dei ticket assegnati.

Requisiti
- Formazione técnica (titolo di studio idoneo: laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura)
- Buon livello nell'utilizzo di Excel, Word, Outlook
- (preferenziale) Buona dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di tool aziendal (SAP, sistema di ticketing)
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione
- Capacità di Problem Solving
- Buona capacità comunicativa scritta e orale
- Buone doti relazionali (verso cliente interno, fornitori, colleghi)
