**British American Tobacco Italia**has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Intern in Rome Italy**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with general administrative matters, maintenance of documentation, spreadsheets and legal databases, creation of legal documents;
- Report generation, document collation;
- Legal research & liaise with external counsels, with a focus on Data protection, Legislative decree 231/01, Antitrust, and Contracts;
- Assisting with various legal projects as required;
- Preparing statutory and corporate filings.

**What are we looking for?**
- Master’s degree in law (completion of the legal practicewill be considered a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, initiative and problem-solving skills, attention to details;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of legal documents and other information;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Excellent written and oral communication skill, fluency in Italian and English language (Italian work visa).
