We are looking for a talented Corporate Communication Specialist for a global leading company in the packaging industry.

**Posizione**:
Based in San Giuliano Milanese (MI), you will handle corporate communication projects with professional standing, substantiated expertise, effectiveness, and consistency with the corporate tone of voice. Possibility to work from home.

You should have competences in corporate internal and external communication, business writing in English and German language, press releases, corporate content writing and editing. Previous working experience of 1-2 yrs would be appreciated. You are required to have project management attitude, time management skills and a strong teamwork attitude.

Your Responsabilities:

- Support the team in writing and editing compelling corporate content to be used across a variety of communication channels (official announcement, press releases, decks, speeches, corporate news, LinkedIn articles) that align with our tone of voice;
- Support the team with internal communication activities, intranet content updated and internal magazine editing;
- Support the team creating and distributing marketing materials, branded stationery, and brochures locally and globally;
- Support the team with communication projects and processes on a global scale (website harmonization, implementation of new layouts, contents, etc)

**Requisiti**:

- 0-2 years of experience with corporate communication;
- Effective written text editing and grammar/spelling abilities;
- English and German speaker and writer ( C1 and C2 );
- Flexibility, willingness to collaborate cross-functionally on different activities;
- Project management approach;
- Master skills with Microsoft PowerPoint;
- Previous experience in corporate communications teams;
- Previous experience with CMS platforms (Wordpress) would be appreciated;
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams would be appreciated;
- Team working abilities and dedication to build meaningful relationships;
- Intellectual curiosity and cultural competences required to work in an global organization.
