For an important pharmaceutical company based in Bresso (MI), I am currently looking for an IT Business Partner Finance to act as a bridge between the IT Department and the AFC business area (strong focus on Treasury projects). Knowledge of SAP's Treasury modules is therefore required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand Management, support process design and promote best-practice adoption
- Accountable for the definition of a technology product portfolio supporting the delivery of business capabilities and requirements
- Responsible for projects value identification, solution adoption and value realization.
- Ensure that the solution blueprint is aligned to functional requirements, as well as to the overall technology framework and quality
- Contribute to business cases definition, in collaboration with Business Stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support the business capabilities and - once approved - build a global platform
- Project design and monitoring of each phase, managing priorities and involving all the stakeholders needed for implementations
- Manage small and quick enhancement and customize requests
- Collaborate effectively with all team members
- Collaborate with other ICT team members like Infrastructure, Governance and Computer System Validation
- Work with supplier and external partner/consultants
- Responsible for managing external consultant team (AMS) for project and enhancements, with a collaborative spirit and attitude.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Academic background: Scientific Degree, Economic Degree, Engineering Degree
- Professional experience: 8+ years in a complex Company or consulting Company

Technical requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Treasury processes in manufacturing or consultancy context
- Strong and deep knowledge of SAP S/4 FI, CO and Treasury modules
- Experience in full SAP implementation projects
- Strong background experience in customizing activities
- SAP 4/HANA platform
- Fluent English oral and written
